It is a very beautiful shoe ! Both Lite Nimbus/Kayano 3 are among the top 10 most beautiful running shoes of 2022 ! But so is it as comfortable as the Kayano 29 even without FF Blast/Blast plus ?!

Looks good. but why add and gel to it? And does it make any difference?

The gel doesnt compress as easily as traditional flyte foam. So the gel helps give your foot a little more shock absorbtion where its needed. It also gives you a more soft/springy feel to the shoe as well. It does add some significant weight to the shoe so asics does have to strategically place it in the shoe to keep it balanced.

The kayano lite 3 could be used by pretty much any runner. The shoe does not feature a traditional medial posting so both overpronators and netural runners could add it to their lineup. -Connor

In my opinion it is hard to find a shoe that lasts a long time with a great feel for that price point. My closest reccomendation would be the Ascis DynaBlast which comes in at around 6300 rupee's. You can find it on sale for cheaper possibly.

Having those Lite derivatives is complete nonsense. It's not so light to bring the new model. Not mentioning that it has the gel gimmick in it. And you are now forced to keep weight higher for original Kayano.

The name Lite isnt referring to it being a lighter in weight shoe than the original kayano. The word lite is supposed to reference the lighter enviromental impact that the shoe is making in production and recycling as its using more recycled rubber/foam/fabric in the making of the shoe. I agree that when you hear lite its a misconception but hopefuly this explination helps.

@@johngevero8087 Sorry I havent seen this till today. If you are looking for a more uniform feeling shoe to run in I suggest the kayano lite 3. If you like the more structural feel and supportive feel of a show I suggest the kayano 29
