I tried in an Adidas store and run 1 kilometer. It is softer than ver1.. but, the laces were too short, the insole is not removable and their is an uncomfortable feeling on the footbed...
New Balance should reinforce the durability of their shoes. The rubber under foot will crack after few runns. It is unacceptable to spend a lot of money for shoes that could only run a few miles.
New Balance might have to be the best looking/fashionable running shoes with their models and colorways hands down. Excited for these coming from the v2s that have been great all around.
Mannnn Hoka is just producing so many models. Mach, Mach X, skyward X, carbon X, Clifton, bindi, bindi X, rocket X2, Cielo road, Cielo X1, skyflow, Arahi, Gaviota, honestly I probably missed something. Just so many models and for what 😂
Looks amazing. Love the SC elite 4 and the rebel v4. Can't wait for this one and the Pacer V2 to come out. New Balance has really stepped their game up over the past 18 months. I was a die hard Saucony fan but over the past 18 months I've ran more in New Balance and Asics than any of my Saucony shoes.

it is the year 2033. Hoka has now 4,542 different models, with stack heights ranging from 1cm to 45cm, often with only a difference of 1mm from shoe to shoe. "Max cushion" is no longer a numerical absolute, but what you identify your foam as.
Done with NB, the new foam is not worth it. Only for slow runners. They have lost to Asics, Hoka and Saucony in recent years. Too bad it was top line a few years back.
More life out of the trainer than the elite plus the trainer is heavier than the elites are by about 2 ounces. The idea is to train in the heavier trainers and then throw the elites on at race day for a lighter familiar feel.
