Finance and career. First of all its not easy to find a halal job and where somebody can pray! Too high expectations these days. If so, you have to fast every day so that you don't fall into fitna!
It matters because culture clashes sometimes and in Muslim cultures, teachings of Islam is mix into it. For example, you hear about Sharia law not allowing women to go out without male guardian. In my case, we don’t have the Sharia law, but say if I want to go on vacation, my parents are like, check with your bother. It’s already build in. Can it be constricting, yes, but can I tell my parents not worry about me? Now, if you marry someone from different culture, they might say it oppressive and you will argue over it.
@@rimab5894 that doesnt make sense. Don't talk about culture. Talk about religion. In every culture there are all kinds of people. You have to marry one who fears allah. You example wasn't enough to explain why culture is important. Because it is not. Show me a ayah or hadith which claims it to be.
I wished we would have asked these questions before we decided to marry. Two different individuals with two way different goals we were definitely not compatible, and to that are now divorced. 😓

All truths all honesty all matched evry secnd both ppls life..all matching basic main norml requirements fr frndship lov sx marrg attached etc.. all past present future all norml ok insde outsde overall all safety security all teammate all norml life all goodness innocence n daily lov sx attachments frevr type ok age, feelings emotions soul heart body mind mentality all satisfactions all ok no lies no dishonesty no faking no acting no secret no hiding no less proves anyhow ..
It's very important to discuss about past relationships before marriage, in this sinful world it's very difficult to get a virgin wife .I have seen a lot of people who has past sexual relationship with others and by hiding it to others, silently they are getting married. A person should directly ask if she/he (especially she) has past sexual relationship ,mostly they will try to hide by saying no, but we should give an indication in that conversation as if I came to know about that relationship after marriage than it may lead to divorce. we have to be more careful in this issues.
But there are some scholars suggesting women to not tell about their past relationship with the husband because ya it might lead to divorce. But i agree too if you don't want such woman you should ask her before you get married and getting so in love because you also have the right to choose the kind of women you want to have as your spouse. But for some other guys, maybe they also have past relationships so i think maybe they doesn't really care if his spouse has some too.
@@user-82xyehdhy very few persons can digest the fact that his spouse has sexual relationship in the past but majority people will not choose that option. There is lack of guidance to them that they can't able to ask those questions before marriage. Its very important thing as this issue can't be hidden in longer time because of jealous society. Taking wise decisions before marriage itself is quite good .
