6 months ago I suddenly got contamination ocd. Just out of the blue it seems. One day I was eating everything I wanted and now, I will only eat the same foods everyday. I literally went from petting my dogs to being afraid to touch him. So strange! How do I get over this? Will it ever end? I’m so frustrated and mad. I want to eat other foods but I’m afraid I’ll get constipated so I only eat these same foods because I know I can go… It’s so strange! I’m really confused by all of this and sick and tired of this. My husband is so mad at me right now for not even wanting to leave the house becayse I won’t use a public restroom. Ugh!! Does this sound like I’m losing my mind, lol. Just want my life back like yesterday! My hands are raw from washing them all the time. I really want some banana pudding too and I’m so afraid to eat it. So strange. What are your thoughts on this? It’s like I have an obsession with not getting constipated! Seriously? I’ve also become house bound too. How do I begin to tackle these issues?
