You said something here that made a lot of sense When you said if you’re watching tv and know that a monster will not jump out of the screen It finally had me think wow why did I think my thoughts were so real It’s not something I can change right now however I think it made something click for me like wait maybe these thoughts I will have to just stop giving them power

Loved this and wish I could catch you live from Australia. I have a question on ERP and you facilitate it with RJ OCD. One of my triggers is places and I managed to have a felt down when I tried to go there and white knuckle through it. It was awful and set me back so much.

Thanks for this! Instead of “exposure and response prevention”, how about “exposure and alternative response” or “exposure and incompatible response”?
