My household already eats plant based, but one of the things I'm looking forward to is really bringing my focus back to whole foods. I''ve got a meal plan for the month, which includes a whole stack of meals that I've never cooked before, so that's also making it easier in the sense that I don't have to think about what's for dinner (I cook for everyone), and hopefully there's at least a few meals that do become regular staples post the 30 days. Thankyou so much for the video. I don't think we have whole 30 labels on processed foods here, but I will have a look. I'm on the second day, because of time difference. Good luck everyone! As a very underweight eggetarian girl suffering from hypothyroid, can i follow this diet? Although i am underweight, i will suffer from other hypothyroid symptoms like fatigue, brain fog, feeling cold and hair loss.. please guide me
