I've had amazing luck with the diet I've been on for about 10 months now. I took the info I learn from the GAPS protocol and the autoimmune paleo lifestyle. I've added all foods back except for my most severe allergens which are egg and gluten. I've accidentally had egg on 2 occasions and the reaction is NOTHING compared to before and has been better each time. I've also balanced my hormones, lost a ton of weight, I sleep right, and my thinking is so clear

I am very sure there are therapeutic properties to this product, but under no circumstances would I count on them to "cure" food allergies. It may be helpful and ease the very real anxiety and stress that effect parents and kids with food allergies, which is truly debilitating, but please take any interest in a cure for food allergies to a board certified allergist. Food allergies can change for the better or worse at any time and having nearly lost my daughter to her peanut allergy, to the extent the hospital informed me they could not save her from her reoccurring heart attacks (the blood pressure drops in anaphylaxis) on the day she injected it, we have always had epinephrine on hand since then. Some people have lowered the immunological reactivity through Oral Immunization Therapy, however, even OIT can be too challenging for every individual -- but do ask your board certified doctor about this. These oils are wonderful! They have on a very deep level no doubt some very health boosting qualities and there is a true need for this deep level of raising our health on all sorts of levels. But please do not look to "alternative" therapies for curing anaphylaxis. It can rob you of living in matter of minutes. Epinephrine is needed for severe food allergies. Thank you for reading. I think eastern and western medicine can co-exist with each other and can serve each other well. But, to think an alternative treatment can protect one from a life-threatening food allergy (many food allergies can become severe over time) is not recommended. If you are interested I run a FB Group called Parents of kids with a severe peanut allergy and you can get much info there about different treatments people have found to help with anaphylactic food allergies. Some have done OIT and consider that to be "a cure." My now adult food allergic child is afraid of OIT and infant has the one genetic marker that makes OIT very challenging (Arah2) - but she IS very helped by alternative treatments, such as essential oils in diffusers, as it helps boost one's immune system by lowering stress, etc, so I think those with allergies can be helped very much by this product by boosting one's health by lowering their very real anxiety and stress levels and raise their quality of life that way. I'm no doctor, but I do run that support group for parents of kids with a severe food allergy on FB which is closed and has 12.5K members. Thanks for allowing me to weigh in. Death due to anaphylaxis is horrible and I have witnessed over the past two decades the many people who deny the severity of it at times and I am cautioning relying on essential oils to protect from a food allergic reaction. I should add that I and my food allergic now-adult child both love essential oils for creating a healthier environment to live in. But she still carries and Epi and practices food avoidance for her peanut allergy. :) Thanks for reading.
