I also loved your grocery hauls, I’m a mum of a 3 year old going through the autism diagnosis process, and I’m with you on not being able to branch out with food, I think he’ll eat like 5 meals, you have to do what you have to do 🤷🏻‍♀️ Plus you are a full time working mum, and daddyof4! I've never seen a school call a parent in the US unless the kid had done something wrong, so that's interesting. Almost no one cooks completely from scratch anymore, so ignore those idiots. I love the food hauls because, as an American, they are still full of things, and brands, I would never see otherwise, repetition or not. You and your children eat worlds' better than probably half of the US population. I don't think food deserts exist outside the US. I don't know if anyone else would ever say this, but, even though no country is perfect, watching your videos is like a window into a world where a lot of the major issues the US has were fixed long ago or never existed. It's very important to me to be reminded that there are places where people aren't killed by the hundreds or thousands every day and people somewhere with power actually would do whatever is necessary to fix problems as they come up instead of being bribed and getting rich so that nothing ever changes for the better in any real way. Your children speak so much more eloquently than any American child I've ever seen other than a kid who had been tested and classified as Mensa eligible.

Try not to worry, my son had a fit last year at the age of 8 when he had a temp, Morriston hospital told me it was a temp related fiberal convulsions and never mentioned anything else and hasn't happened since xx

I'm vegan and cook a lot from scratch, I got a LOT from your grocery hauls and cook along videos, I understand more about how to keep on top of what's in the cupboard, how to cook "tidily" as I make a lot of mess (or accepting that cooking from scratch does make mess). Also you know it's totally normal to cool the same 15 meals, I cook from scratch all the time and probably have similar number of meals on rotation

Two of my four children are completely non verbal (my eldest is 24, my youngest is 12 - both have different unrelated disabilities). I started CBT 3 weeks ago for PTSD and I'm finding it tough going if I'm honest. 😢

Most people cut corners with kids alot people sauces you don't justify what eat its hard to make kids eat fruit and veg don't care what people say about you thier not perfect
