I used your Calculus course to learn during Christmas break before we start. We're nearly months into the semester (I watched you're lectures everyday..) and so far I haven't encountered anything new and have had the opportunity to spend the course ~truly~ learning :D I think your videos give people the chance to take their education into their own hands, and you're a truly enthusiastic teacher.
As a tutor I have used your videos with students to help cement or reinforce mathematical concepts - thank you. They have been very happy with your explanations and like being able to review a video in their own time - so extra thanks from them too. One student, now in year 11 (Aus) doesn't need my help with maths after I tutored her in years 9-10. You really helped her too. So for all the classroom work you do, remember how many more you reach with YT and these videos. Your love of maths has helped me spread my love of maths.
Let's assume ALL your memory of math would have been removed. In what order would you relearn it or which things would you start to learn first and so forth to get the best build up around it?
Hello sir! I am facing very big problem. I feel that I have forgotten most of math. I used to be a little good in math but I want to learn again. But when l start I feel that I am unable to understand what I used to. I feel kinda very ignorant about it now.
Hello Eddie, I'm a maths teacher and have greatly enjoyed your videos which have been great as I've been able to enthuse my students with maths. Thank you. I'm still not clear about some probability questions where order matters. For example, the question: I have 2 children. One of them is a boy. What is the probability that other is a boy. In this question, does order matter and why? Thanks. Vineeta
sir one questions i am from India. The equation 24x2+25x−47ax−2=−8x−3−53ax−2 is true for all values of x≠2a, where a is a constant. What is the value of a? A) -16 B) -3 C) 3 D) 16
If you are asking about undefined, as in dividing by zero, or 0^0, or ln(0), it means that it is not possible to define in a way that is consistent with the rest of the rules of mathematics.
