The Killer only has one big action scene. Otherwise it's a slow burn with the main character narrating. I loved it.

I love how you described a movie you didn’t watch as what you wish it would be...and its almost exactly that, hahaha.

My favourite disaster/survival movie is Everest. Great cast, great soundtrack beautifully shot but most importantly for the true life event. Such a haunting and tragic story. I know the movie mainly focuses on Rob Hall because he might be the most tragic figure. But the survival story of Beck Weathers is one of the most unbelievable and inspiring stories I've ever heard. The guy had been left for dead like three times. I mean he basically died twice in one day and just by pure will to live he stood up and walked down a mountain with half his body being frozen dead. It's mind blowing. The movie is worth a watch and if you're interested in learning more about the event I highly highly recommend the book "Into Thin Air" by John Krakauer as well as Beck Weathers' own book "Left For Dead". I listened to the audiobooks and both of them are thrill rides!

Jonn Waterloo it is a GREAT napoleon film that all focuses on that 1 battle and they literally took 16,000 soldiers from the USSR and trained them for 2+ month to recreate the WHOLE battle on 30+ square mile of terraformed Ukraine in 1970 all practical on Film, no CGI, and nearly everything, down to what people said, is almost perfectly historical accurate and its on RU-vid for free, have I convinced you to watch it soon

Saw napoleon last week while the battle scenes were awesome, it wasn’t as good as I hoped. Battle scenes look great on the big screen tho
