Funny how I keep seeing videos and commercials of people just popping these things in like nothing. My last pair (6) took over an hour just to get them even somewhat hooked on my teeth evenly and that does not include the rest of the time it took to get them all the way on, and quite a few tears by the time they were in all the way. "Discomfort" ain't the word.....its downright painful. And those mints only make the pain worse when you press on them. The best way I have found is to just not rush getting them all the way on. Snapping them on evenly to right, front and left is very hard to do. Once you make that happen, stop for several minutes. It feels weird just having them hanging off your teeth, but give yourself a break, even if there is drool! Ease them on the rest of the way and take several breaks when the pain gets too bad until you get them in all the way. Like I said, it took over an hour for this to happen. Then, go to bed and sleep the pain off!! They feel a little better over the next couple of days. I am very glad to have a 2 week pair in right now because I am in no rush to go through that again anytime soon. I don't want to wish my summer away, but can not wait until this is done, hopefully September or October. I sure hope its worth it!! 😁 I will say...I don't see any difference yet, but flossing is definitely much easier, so things are happening.
