The word fitra is central to Islamic understandings of human nature. Dr Jon Hoover explains how fitra appears in the Qur’an and the Hadith, and how it has been understood by different figures in the Islamic tradition including Ibn Sina, al-Ghazali, and Ibn Taymiyya.

Fitra is the natural sublime and true nature of created things, entity or matter, including human beings of course, ordained by the Almighty Creator. That is inherently and intrinsically Islam - to completely and unconditionally submit to or conform to the wise and flawless design of the Almighty Creator and none else.

So accepting Islam is full submission to the Creator, not anything to do with a particular prophet or saying Shahada?

Ibn Taymiyya is right again. Fitra is a natural disposition to believe in Allah, as well as the potential to accept Islam (which is a natural consequence to believing in Allah). (7:172) And [mention] when your Lord took from the children of Adam - from their loins - their descendants and made them testify of themselves, [saying to them], “Am I not your Lord?” They said, “Yes, we have testified.” [This] - lest you should say on the day of Resurrection, “Indeed, we were of this unaware.” That was the Fitra that Allah planted in the souls of all human beings. Hence, they are born Muslims, ( as the Prophet PBUH said). Its the environment that changes believes. Once a person accepts Islam as his religion, then it synchronises with his own Fitra. That is why hardly anyone leaves Islam.

My problem with Orientalists is: they never mention their sources , who said what!.

Quran 30:30: So direct your face toward the religion, inclining to truth. [Adhere to] the fitrah of Allah upon which He has created [all] people. No change should there be in the creation of Allah. That is the correct religion, but most of the people do not know. This verse states that all human beings were born inherently inclined to truth.

Every child is born with an innate fitra. Fitra is the ability to recognise that God is One. It is the natural disposition of a child. It is further the environment that then either nurtures the child to believe or disbelieve. The concept of sin is not actually given center stage in Islam. Rather, the nature of mankind is inclined towards the Lord. A sin is something that takes one as distance away from the Lord. A good deed something that brings you closer to the Lord. Children are innocent until they come of age & they know right from wrong. This is the nurture part. Simplistically, when a child sins....goes against the commands of the Lord, it is an act....an action. One can repent & repentance draws one closer to the Lord as it is an action that controls and suppresses that which is against belief.

I'm sorry but this is so deceptive there's no diversity in fitrah, fitrah is the natural position of every human begin. Which is Islam (Submission to God alone), God created us in total submission to his will. which makes you a Muslim. and btw Avicenna isn't even considered Muslim before his death and repentance. if it was true of course.

Who said he is not considered muslim?

He's considerer Muslim by everyone. Ibn tamiya was also not considered Muslim whilst he was prison. It wasn't until he was revived that was was considered part of the dialogue. Otherwise ibn tamiya was ignored.

So being a Muslim has to do with submission to God and not Shahada or any prophet

not really bro come on your a scholar apparently bad one at that ,Fitra is natural disposition to believe in in tawheed and God recognition , so your born knowing you have a creator and his one ,and yes that will guide you to islam , but you forgot to mention the fact that islam was the religion of adam and the message all the prophets brought and these other religions are a corrupted versions of thoes messages that brought up polythiestic beliefs that go against fitrah
