Been listening to AA since like 2011. Every band changes, always making new sounds, I was a teenager when i was headbanging to the final episode. I'm now 26 and heading faster to 30 than I wanted to, but this makes me feel like a man. Asking Alexandria's new album has hit me and lord its beautiful. One of my all time favourite bands growing up with me. SO less of this (AA HAS CHANGED) because that's just life boy, Adapt. (If you haven't yet, you will)
This song is very fun, the album ends leaving a good taste in your mouth, something that at least as far as I remember is the only album where it happens, the other albums end with meloancholic and sad songs. You can see the emotional and personal progress of AA members and not just their progress as musicians!!!
I think people do not have to criticize others music because those artists give all their all, all for us, and i love Asking Alexandria because of their compromise, pasion, their TIME to make music --> ART , that's why i admire them, we must learn to appreciate the work of others. Thank you so much Asking Alexandria
You guys can’t say anything about AA's change, they just made a fucking great refresh to their style. Just take a look to other bands that made a change in their style and didn’t work, for example: Tokio Hotel, after Humanoid they changed and their popularity went down. Also Aerosmith tried to change but it didn’t work at all so they returned to their original style. In my opinion, Asking Alexandria just made what most bands failed at: changing their style for good. Danny has an incredible voice for this stuff.
Yeah Unfourtantly I've been on lorazepam for 10 yrs for my severe anxiety. I really am digging the new songs. I see some people don't like it. And that's ok but i really like it. Keep up the good work guys💜
Been loving this song for weeks now. Today I finally summed up courage to see Dr about my problems and was diagnosed with severe anxiety and prescribed it. First time I've been able to switch my brain off in years.
Had it for a week when I was in psychiatric care - 4mg/d - idk, I guess it did what they wanted, I was really sedated - but it fucking destroyed me - along with the withdrawal. Later only lower dosages... Really hope I don't need to take it much longer or in higher dosages ever again.
LOVE LOVE LOVE THEM!! Every song including this one hits close as hell to home! They say everything better than I ever could! Love you guys, Asking Alexandria so much!!!
*like* their old stuff is the key word here. People want to listen to something new that still sounds like AA. This sounds nothing like AA. If I wanted some generic pop/rock songs I'd just go listen to something else.
Well people saying that obviously dont realize thats because they're old stuff was their music w/ a different singer...soooo yea anytime u switch ur main vocalist the music is *gonna* change...its inevitable.
"I've got no reason to, so tell me why i feel like shit?" one of my favorite lines. Honestly, This song is probably the best thing Asking Alexandria has released since From Death To Destiny
Such an underrated song! It popped lately on my YT Music and I thought AA made a new album in 2021 and that this was the teaser song from the album! I was like "hell yeah first songs are always the best" LMAO
First time listening to this album i loved down to hell and antisocialist and the rest was mediocre but the second play through i loved the violence and give you up the third i loved lorazepam and one turns to none so I HIGHLY RECOMMEND REPLAYING THIS ALBUM GIVE IT A FEE GOS then i assure you its not as bad as you think
Was looking for research on lorazepam and found this f****** badass and I guess this sums up my research suggest a better try one, lol! take care guys!! ~\,,/~
'I don't care, I don't care, I don't care anymore' me neither Ben, i don't care what people say, THIS ALBUM IS MASTERPIECE! this song is gonna be my fave so far
@@jasonlovesmusicreacting882 yeah exactly, but what really irritates me is these bands and their "hardcore" fans, can't acknowledge/admit what they've become. Just say we are putting some pop sound into our music to reach a bigger target audience and we are no longer gonna be hard rock, metal, metalcore, etc. I'm not upset about their style of music (that is supposed to be hard rock), I think now they are trying to make music that will appeal to their kids, but what upset me was and is, they can't be honest about what they are doing. I will also say I'm disappointed that I was hoping it would be more of a raw sounding rock album that showcases all of their talent, but instead it sounds more like the only talent that was showcased was Danny's vocals and everything else was drowned out, even the drums sounded distorted to me( just my opinion though, dear god I wouldn't want to offend anyone). Might as well call them................. We Are Harlot. LOL
@@Abgdayday Hahahhahaha well, this and In my blood are my favourite songs of the album, the chorus of it made me remember a bit of the chorus of Breathless and the raw Danny vocals made me remember of their Skid Row covers
This literally reminds of We Are Harlot , his second band , and also his own side project , I'm not hating , just saying that this is asking alexandria now , no more heavy shit anymore , guess this is the life we live in now
Clearly you don't know what metal if you think this song is metal , this is rock at most , they aren't metal anymore , they are rock , not rock n roll. R O C K
@@guitarplayerbastien1103 they didn't say it was metal. They said it was still heavy. Which I mean thats honestly subjective. This is heavy compared to other songs on the album but definitely not HEAVY
@@rolloplays8064 yeah heaviness is subjective to some extent, but it's clear as day that the heaviness being referred to here is the difference between Infant Annihilator and Justin Bieber. You know what? JB is quite heavy in his own way now that I think about it 🤘🤪
Do jeito que criticam AA capaz da banda se desfazer por desânimo! E por incrível que pareça só quem enche o saco são os gringos, os BRS valorizam muito a banda independente das mudanças...
So I decided to give this album a fair shot because I won't know if I'll like something or not unless I experience it for myself. I enjoyed some of the radio rock / hard rock elements of the album as they reminded me of my time in school listening to bands like Three Days Grace, Linkin Park and Breaking Benjamin. As for the pop / electronic style elements, I feel like they could've been handled better but then again the only pop music I listen to is like dark / synth pop so maybe it's just not my cup of tea. The overall mixing of a few of the tracks kind of killed my enjoyment to a certain degree and for that reason I can't see myself going back and listening to those tracks in particular. At face value I enjoyed the album for what it is.
