Being a godparent is the most beautiful feeling ever especially an honor that the parents chose you from anybody. I struggle with infertility no babies at all and I’m so blessed with my godchildren love them like my own! Gemmalee has the perfect godparents❤️

The Fact That You Guys Cried Means You Picked The Right People ! I Cried When I Asked My Son’s Godparents Because You Are Trusting Them With Your Child & It’s Good To Know They Will Always Be Present In Their Life . It’s Never Too Early To Get Them Baptized. My Son Got Baptized At 3 Months .

@@anaziranda97 right! But, married couples who baptize as a couple I think must be married through the Catholic Church in order to be godparents. Growing up I always thought if godparent couples (if living together without being married in the Catholic Church-and/or with children together) couldn’t be godparents…but who knows! 🤷🏻‍♀️Anyway I got excited since I thought it was a requirement they get married (for the reason that they were a cohabiting couple/parents)! May be just a myth or church regulations changed 🤷🏻‍♀️

I am my nieces madrina and her moms brother is her pairing, yes in Catholic Church you have to be married by church to be godparents or its not official. My guess is they are going as just friends or since they know the padre he will make an exception :)

Due to them being a family and meeting with them, the Padre made an exception because they are a great example and in the near future plan on wedding.❤️

I baptized my 1st daughter at 3 months and my 2nd daughter at 6 months I'm catholic too. It was like a mini wedding with the dresses and the fun lol but God bless your little baby can't wait to see her dress 💕 💗 😘 and congrats on the best padrinos.
