I've been watching jims channel from the very start (followed from Tanya’s channel, so over 10 years). It's honestly been a pleasure watching you grow and go through life. It's such a crazy thing to follow someone's life from afar in such a fairly personal way. Hi Jim & Sarah! I've been a viewer, more or less from the start of your RU-vid days, and it's lovely to see you so happy and relaxed with your beautiful little family. Life has been stressful and upsetting since 2013 but being able to leave my own life for 15 minutes or so and watch your videos has been a saviour. Keep up with the excellent work, but please, get some downtime from all the vast life-change planning!

Have been following Jim since my daughter found the original britvlog crew in 2012/2013 (checking what my kid watched online!). She's now an adult but I still watch you! A lot of people will never warm to Sarah because of the ex.... but guess what.... most of us love Sarah way more!!! I really don’t understand why people are nasty to others. I find it so sad when other RU-vidrs have said about bad comments, all you are trying to do is your job at the end of the day. I wanted to comment especially for Sarah, I think a lot of people watching (like myself) don't often comment because we're just enjoying the content and listening to the two of you or seeing what you're up to without having much to say about it. I guess those few people that comment negative things or even say them to your face have issues that have nothing to do with you and they don't understand that just because you're public people you're still normal humans. I'm sure you already know all this but it can be nice to read it again, and I wanted to contribute to the positive comments especially for Sarah because I very much can see how it can be tough! I'm glad and impressed that you seem to have an easier time blocking out those negative comments and I'm happy Jim doesn't get them at all :) Have a lovely start of autumn!

Hi just wanted to comment on "It's already 11 minutes and people won't watch". I can't speak for others obviously but I view RU-vid and the reason I go on RU-vid totally different than other social media. On Instagram, yes, I'll scroll fast and can't keep much focus. But when I open a video on RU-vid I am in a mood for watching something longer. 30 minutes totally fine. I loved this video. Thank you for continuing sharing the snippets of your life on camera!

Sarah your beautiful ignore the hate it's 99.9 percent not you they hate its that they hate change are not realising you and Jim's life isn't fictional its real and life changes people change etc. They want their version of the story. I don’t hate Sarah and I think it would be hard for her to be in the social life and I wish you guys well and that you will have a new kitchen. The girl probably was just jealous of Sarah and her life with Jim.
I didn't like your attitude towards your wife at some points Jim; this in particular: 7:00 and later at 13:40. It felt dismissive and snappy. It made me feel really uncomfortable, for Sarah. And then instead of reassuring her that you did find certain SPECIFIC things about her lovely, you ignored her peeve that you'd given a rubbish, general answer to the same question on her video, and went straight into asking questions about whether the fact people said you were better looking in real life meant you looked gross on camera. I just don't get that loving a vibe from you towards Sarah. She seems to be trying to keep you happy a lot of the time and is even nervous at moments. Also the appalling experience Sarah mentions at 13:40 needs to be dealt with a lot more sensitively than simply laughing and saying 'I've never had [experienced] it'. Incredibly inadequate response. And to be honest you looked bored through a lot of what Sarah was saying. I hope she is getting the support she needs.
