From London and I’ve been Atlanta, LA, Chicago and Miami and to be honest, Miami is by far my favourite place. People are so respectful compared to LA and people just chilling and enjoying the vibe Miami gives.
@@devinbutler3271 that’s fair, but I remember when I went LA, everyone tended to have an attitude on them, once I got to Venice (LA), everyone was nice but I could tell most of them was on holiday
I'm from Atlanta and went to Miami for the first time about 5 years ago, and it's by far my favorite place in the world! It sucks that so many people are moving there though I hope it doesn't turn into Atlanta after people started moving there in droves because Atlanta is the worst now.
@@thegreat9481 Sheesh idk where to start..Atlanta is a city everyone moves to to start a new life. Most of those people are running from something in their past, so they're usually not the best people overall. It seems like at least 80% of the people in Atlanta are from somewhere else, so you have a large city with a large population of bad people. Out of those people, I'd say 95% are there to try and be famous. So they come with an inflated sense of self worth and they're typically stuck up and always trying to prove some point for clout. Take that with how bad the drug problem is here, along with it being legal for almost everyone to conceal carry..you get a very violent city that has become run down, dirty, and overall disgusting. The AIDS rate is still through the roof so you have to be careful if you meet a girl just because of that. The women are pretty much all prostitutes. Imagine city girls and that whole movement being the mindset of an entire city of women. Not sure what your type is, but the women in Atlanta lean to the ghetto and masculine side..And they are getting millionaires to give them attention somehow, so a place like Miami is literally night and day. We're talking about the average woman in Miami would be a dime in Atlanta, inside and out. Miami women are a million times more feminine and would be much better wives, they're going to be more loyal and have less body count. Atlanta is a place for people who want to be rappers and want to live that lifestyle of constant tension, whore women, drugs and corruption everywhere they go. Atlanta today is like NY city. I miss the Atlanta of the early 2000s and before..this new shit is a nightmare and even though I'm born and raised, I'd never suggest anyone to visit or move here.
@@thegreat9481They no where near Miami women. Literally, the finest women in Atlanta wouldn't even get noticed in Miami. AND Miami women are way more down to earth and all natural(mostly).
@@bullgates2368 I was just down there thats why I had came to this video. They is fine as hell lol i be working out at the beach and i love the energy everybody just living life man. It’s beautiful
Winter sucks man, I noticed that everyone just stays inside from November through May where I live. I am definitely plotting my exit to Miami to begin my 30s.
@@Peanut-sam-tha-nut Unless you're living in a roach infested apartment, it's still nowhere near Manhattan prices. My salary is around $130k, I moved to Brickell and love it, best decision of my life and super affordable.
Uh I think you could just repeat this format a hundred times over and nobody would care. I liked all the people you interviewed and I think I'm noticing a trend that Miami people are very polite and nice. Thanks for this great video. I hope you do more. Maybe just rotate going to every area and then do it again.
Your comments are absolutely fantastic. I do not know who you are but I wish I did. Thank you for your time and energy that you put into the comments that you leave. Thank you!
@@beyondthebeach_ I'm your friend from St. Louis, Missouri and like the rest of the world falling in love with the future of Miami. I think a lot of us are really interested in seeing everything about what is happening there so when pleasant people fill in that order you get the response. Congrats on your gold mine.
I’m born and raised here. I have tried on four different occasions to live elsewhere, Atlanta 2x , Philadelphia (dirtiest city I’ve ever been to), and New York and I just keep coming back. No other place like it. The city is getting more expensive by the minute and soon enough, only the rich will be able to afford it. Shitty houses are going for $450 easily. But NY and LA are still more expensive so they’re moving here pushing up prices. We’ll be under water soon tho, so, won’t go up forever 😂
Nice informative video. Planning to relocate from New Jersey in the Fall. Can you do a segment on the Normandy Islands/Shores area in Miami Beach? That’s the area I’m moving to.
Thank you Dale! Shirbrina is from New Jersey as well so if you have any questions about your move, she is happy to help with tips from her experience. We will put that segment on our list of places to feature. When are planning to officially move?
I'm willing to lose the Seasons just to move back already! When you live in the Desert of Las Vegas for too many years? Believe me, not even the snakes or the alligators can keep me away now!🐊🐍
So many people with positive things to say about my hometown. I would ask the people being interviewed how they like living in South Florida to avoid calling cities like Coral Gables a Miami neighborhood.
@@trinidadinternational So what exactly is considered Miami then? Does it stop at Little Havana? Or is that not part of Miami? Is it just downtown? What about Midtown, Buena Vista, Liberty City, Brickell etc. Are the Gardens part of Miami? That's further away than anything I just named.
@bullgates2368 The US has 50 states. Its two borders are Mexico and Canada. Miami also has borders and that's where it ends. I got the answers from maps. Midtown, Little Havana, etc. are neighborhoods in the city of Miami. Coral Gables is a city right by Miami. If you see street signs that are white stones on the ground, you're in the beautiful city of Coral Gables.
I feel the hardest thing would be trying to move and maintain your life. Especially if you are new, young around 21, 22, 23, or 24. Question what career, side hustle, or job could potentially help support someone who's single or in a partnership looking to move to Miami?
Great question, and this is something we want to make a video about. For us, we all have roommates and work full time. The best industries that I haven seen in Miami is sales, construction, service jobs, and and things related to the travel industry, since there is a lot of tourism here. But we look to provide a more in depth answer in a video.
New subscriber I love everything Miami. I think with this topic your chanel is going to do very well because everyone wants to move there including myself. I am hoping to move in a year or so when there are apartments to move to lol. The pricing and inventory shortage there is crazy right now. You guys have great personalities!!!
Miami has a lot of stuff to do, and if you are a foodie, you will LOVE it here. This city has all types of food here. You will also notice that this city is young with a lot of sexy people, lol. One thing to note, as a dislike, this city is becoming super expensive, like wow. The cost of living doesn't make sense, especially when the average household income of South Floridians is $57,000 ish, You also have issues with parking, which is limited, so expect to pay for valet and parking, even when you go to restaurants here.
Yeah that is super true. The cost of living skyrocketed in particular after the pandemic. Truly the most expensive thing is the housing. I have been trying to buy a house here but it is absolutely ridiculous. For what you can buy in Miami, you can get a mansion anywhere else. I think that places like Fort Lauderdale and West Palm are going to become much more attractive places for people to go. Thanks for the comment!
planing to move down to miami form houston. it is cheaper here but man it is boring once you pass college no one does anything but stays inside. very few people even go outdoors lol
For sure, that is defiantly a great thing about living in Miami. There is so much to do and when I moved here, it was very easy to make friends. If you're an extroverted person, you would love Miami.
@@ARU-vidChannelwithNoName I've lived in Miami my whole life and yes they are rude BUT if you're in shape dress well and have money then you will be accepted. I had alot of issues growing up making it hard for me to focus on losing weight so as an adult being out of shape turned my life miserable, no one wanted to know me and that's just the way it is here.
Haha good point! We were thinking from the perspective that tourists mainly go to the beach or Brickell/Downtown so why not point them to another area of Miami-Dade. Thank you for your feedback!
I love miami but i hate the heat, the parking u have to pay everywhere your at to park even in the hood! The traffic is bad. It rains out of nowhere every day.
What I dislike about Miami --well Florida in general were the alligators, the heat, humidity and the different kinds of bugs that bite or visit you inside your house..Thank goodness for pesticides..
Coming from New York, I find a lot of Miami has a third world mentality and culture away from the clubs and hotels. It was slow and a lot of older people only speak Spanish.
Haha not far off @justynjonn . Many people that have lived in Miami before it became popular were all first generation immigrants from places like Colombia, Venezuela, Brazil, Cuba, and many many other places. The culture in Miami is much different than you would find in other cities in America.
Miami is Heaven on earth. West Palm Beach is cool and Fort Lauderdale is nice. There’s nothing like breathing in the Dade County air, watching the people walk, ride and sail the city, and generally be happy to be here. The vibe is one of a kind. Just be careful on the roadways, people think F1 is year round
You have to be good looking in shape AND have money. If you don't fit these "standards" you will be ignored and left to rot in your depression. I would know.
@@KarmaCarClips Naw I'm on it dawg! I'm definitely on my journey I'm gonna go up north for awhile to get right in the future I'll be back and be ready to play the fields 💪🏒
Find a place where you don't have to fight for shallow people's attention. Good for you that you're motivated to be better, it's just sad that you're doing it for Miami people and not for yourself
Miami has terrible drivers , it’s a lot of partying which I like but some may hate because they like peace and quiet and a lot of Miamians can be harsh
