With a keen interest in investing, I often ponder the strategies that propel top investors to millionaire status through their investments. Having recently sold my home and acquired $545K in equity, I'm uncertain about my next move. Should I invest in stocks now, or should I wait for a better opportunity?

The common factor among all of them is the sense of peace they convey when speaking, and their extremely high communication abilities. I believe that is the key to success, not so much the degrees you have or how intelligent you are, but rather how savvy you are and how well you can navigate through interactions with people.

You extract the most genuine and insightful responses from these interviewees. There are several other channels that do this interview model, but the quality of these responses is a master class. Good job!

You do a great job of getting to the point when you ask questions. I love how down to earth they all are.

The last guy was on point. Many rich people got rich by building equity. This can be either by building a business or in real estate. Then they sell and get a major pay day. Even CEOs make a lot of their total compensation as performance bonuses and stocks options, not salary. So the trick is to create value then sell.

I love how diverse the people you interview are. Some channels tend to go more for people who are only doing things like Shopify, e-commerce, selling courses, etc. but your channel really shows how it's possible to make millions in any industry.

This very first advice, about having a mentor, is underrated af. I’m learning to play the guitar since i was 6, but i never had a mentor. It took me 21 years to master some skills that a 1 year student learn with mentorship. To be self taugh is nice, but to have a good mentor is the key for reaching high levels fast, in any area

Wow the CEO of 711 and blockbuster! That’s random you met him and a legend. Seems very eloquent and a very humble man. He gave you 3 tips that we all should note down since he’s a great mentor.

Dude this was awesome. I have business in Highland Park with my beverage company inside of Bird Bakery and SMU . What the gents said in the interview is 100% real. You do not understand how many times I get no's on a daily basis. I keep going at it till they say bring them samples or what the hell is it that you have again. Hell yeah. Keep it up. Big fan. Subb'd man. This is a personal experience that I've gone through within the business world is that sometimes you do get lost and that's totally fine. What I would advise is try not to do things all by yourself. I struggle with this still to this day but it sucks. My friend gave me two quotes and I have no idea where they're from but the first one is "when the student is ready the teacher will appear" and "you only have to be right once." First one is for finding a mentor and the second one is doesn't matter how long it takes, you just have to get it right once. Dude, keep it up!

Great video, trading come with a lot of benefits And I have just bought my first house through it. As a beginner I was scared of loosing my savings but I’m glad I took the bold step that is now favoring me.

I used to ask the people I thought were rich what they did for a living when I was working at their house. One thing I determined is that many of the people were not rich, they were in a lot of debt. The others were loaded. I never thought of asking them what advice they had. Good video.

Kudos to the guy for admitting to being the CEO of Blockbuster. I think they use them as a case study in business school of what not to do, particularly in regards to them laughing Netflix out of the building when they approached them about a buyout early on when streaming got started.
