Mbbs? Yes but medical colleges don't provide placements. For MBA, tbh it is difficult get your cv shortlisted with low acads but you can find internship if you can prove your relevant skills to recruiters, some unique selling point or getting relevant referrals can help.
If you are in top college like IIM or similar you have already proved your academic excellence. So they will judge your college performance not much past .@@samagrawal9700

Only top college HR get good role as mentioned in video, rest normal college HRs in their line most of them just about recruitment rangoli :) and joining support etc that is hard fact, again no offence on it, with exp they all catch with such counterparts too who all passed from such colleges
HR Dept people are biggest drainer's of companies resources and the role who withdraw's salary for doing nothing. Payroll processing is outsourced , Acturial calculations of employees benefits outsourced, gratuity calculation, infact paystructure are also approved by Team head , decision to retain / let go a resigning employee rest with concerned boss and not the HR . No late sitting , no client co-ordination , no deadlines , no due dates pressure, no deliverbles !! PEOPLE WITH ZERO SUBJECT KNOWLEDGE and still they are paid at par with other roles !!
Did you work as a HRBP or HR consultant or in any strategic HR profile?If not then please don't spread false accusations about a profile.If HR is useless as you think , then nobody will add a specialised stream as HR in MBA courses.As a strategic HR, we work much more beyond the rangolis you people are seeing. I don't blame you for your lack of awareness in this specific area, instead do a thorough research rather than spewing false statements.
