I was soooo surprised at this year's acceptance rate! If I had known it was going to be this competitive, I might not have applied. I'm out of state (Minnesota) and was already nervous about my chances. I'm so thankful I still applied and I can't wait to be on campus in a little over a week! GO KNIGHTS, CHARGE ON!
This is funny, I am currently living in florida. I want to go to the U in the Twin cities for engineering. How much debt are you looking at for going out of state? That's the only thing I am nervous about. I will be getting the brightfutures scholorship here in florida. That covers full tuition, but that's only like 5,000 a year for florida instate. I was just wondering, thanks!
I'm a junior in high school and I REALLY wanna go but I'm so scared I won't be able to😭 my GPA is great, it's just my SAT that I'm worried about idk if I'll meet the range
@@__StarLInk__ I’m super lucky with scholarships and such, and I’m looking at little to no debt. The price for out of state UCF and in state UMN is practically the same, so I had no worries there with my money. At the very worst, I should be graduating with $5k in debt. Out of state tuition for UMN is crazy expensive, and it might be hard to get institutional scholarships. I wish you luck with your engineering journey, as that’s what I’m doing as well!
I've been keeping up with your content for a while and I'm so glad you decided to do a video at UCF where I will be an upcoming freshman at!! I know I made the right decision and can't wait to be an upcoming Knight!! Charge on and great work Ashton!!
Hey! I’m a transfer student from another Florida university and my gpa was 3.7 and act didn’t matter for my transfer application, but it was a 23. I was accepted for this semester fall 23 and I’m so happy to be a knight.🖤💛 don’t be discouraged as a ftic student, transferring from another school to ucf is always an option!
Currently in community college in Maryland, 1 year in. GPA is 3.7, and currently dual majoring. My first major is general engineering and my second is mechatronics engineering. I hope to get accepted at UCF when my transfer time comes.
@@filipposbroggio8827 it might differ from this year's undergrads because the admission process has gotten more competitive :) thats why i asked for an updated one!!
