Reiki throat chakra clearing and healing to allow you to speak your truth! I will share chakra info about the throat chakra on ways to balance out the energies. In this ASMR healing experience, I will be doing a Selenite aura cleanse, negative energy removal, chakra clearing and balancing, send healing energy, use sage spray, send crystal energy, and reiki symbols. THROAT/SOUND CHAKRA (Vishudha)
I SPEAK, 16 petals, located in the throat area.
Deals with truth, blocked by lies (to self)
Tied to thyroid/parathyroid gland.
Regulates body temperature and metabolism.
Physical issues when out of alignment: hyper/hypo thyroid, strep throat,
tonsilltis, ear infections, deafness/hearing loss, vocal cord issues/laryngitis
teeth/dental problems, TMJ, neck pain, mouth sores, tongue issues
Emotional issues when out of alignment: miscommunication, inability to
express thoughts, not speaking your truth, fear of speaking, lying, doubt,
obsessive communication, aggressive language, and belittling.
Activities to balance: learn to speak your truth and say no, be authentic,
sing, talk out loud to yourself, have a good cry, be mindful when listening,
be intentional when speaking, verbalize your needs, and choosing your words
precisely.
