You should chew your food for longer it helps with digestion and you will be able to tell when you are full. Your brain need some time to realise that youre eating. If you chew like really fast and not long enough you will be hungry soon.

I use to eat these all the time growing up and we got these at a really small Vietnamese market so they weren't shaped like flowers. It just likes like cake. But jelly.

Yum! 😋 would they serve this at a Thai Restaurant?! 🤔 I imagine the green ones taste like green apple and the pink ones taste like the pink Valentine's day heart shaped candies, the small crunchy ones that have Valentine's day messages on them! :)
