For people with anxiety or panic attacks, it's required that they spot, address and count things around them or on them and focus on that. So that fingernail thing, was really relaxing. You see, when you're experiencing panic attacks, at some point you are not aware of your surroundings thus you feel lightheaded and ready to pass out. But if you do that, focusing on things around you, you live in the present so that prevents you from losing control tatally. Thank you Grace. You and Maddie are my favourite

I started watching ASMR when I was 19, turning 20. My sisters were obsessed with AMSR and I swore that I would never. Then I had a whole week where I couldn’t fall asleep, so I started watching GentleWhispers and then stumbled upon your channel and I’ve been hooked since!
