The difference I notice is here we pull the knife backwards while chopping any vegetable unlike this way of pushing it forward I shall try this tho it looks uncomfortable

There is nothing easier than criticizing someone else's work. If it is so important to you, try making your own vegetable chopping video. That way we can see how much better you are rather than taking your word for it. Or you could just go away and take your negativity with you. No need to reply, you've said way more than enough already.
