HAYYYY family!! Sorry it’s been like another few days lmao I have my little butt in an upcoming lawsuit right now! I can’t wait to speak about it, so many of you know what happened to my beautiful boy Munchkin.. and with that.. tonight’s video to make up for lack of sleep.. I wanted to do an entire hour of glass cleaning, featuring tracing, tapping, foamy spray, and intense whispering. Can this plexiglass screen be turned horizontal with the camera under it. So it's like you're looking down at us? It would be great to see you play with sand and use your finger or brushes to draw in the sand. Or see you squish playdoh or clay onto the screen and roll it around. Or use actual fingerpaint that covers the whole screen. I think there are lots of relaxing possibilities!! Love this!

I have severe anxiety and panic disorder among other things. I used to get 3-8 panic attacks a day on average. That was my life for about 4 years and I never thought I'd get better. But now, 5 years later, I hardly get them anymore! So while it's hard, know that you're so strong and you're doing incredibly well. You'll get better, I promise. I'm sending you so much love and light ❤️

Hi meghan, i used to have panic attacks every day and mostly when i had to go out to the grocery store for example. With some help of Meditation and a therapist, I am proud to say that after 3-4 years I am almost anxiety attack free. If I can do it, you can do it. ✨

I have several huge assignments to do in a week and on top of that I also work. Yesterday I was working really late but realised I am exhausted and I need sleep. I couldn't sleep knowing I still have so much to do and I had one of the biggest panic attacks I had in a year. I couldn't sleep and I was sobbing when I almost automatically reached for my phone and searched for your video. It was almost like my body knew how to cure itself. I feel asleep and survived the night. You truly saved me yesterday🤍
