Hello Lovelies...
It appears that you have a bad case of Athlete's foot on both feet. The Pharmacist has given you some things to try but nothing seems to be working so you have booked in to see me. I will ask you a few things about your symptoms then I will have a good look at your feet, confirm diagnosis then take a few samples & plan out treatment plan.
