I took classes with someone almost exactly like that. She would barely pay attention to classes. Always talking or trying to get attention for those around her, barely took any notes, super annoying and strangely cute at the same time. She also graduated top of the class. Is not that she wasn't paying attention, but more like she had such a good memory and a genius that classes just bored her. She was annoying then, but now I kinda miss her xD

Based on how much she insists, if this had actually happened to me in class (wether back in high school or even middle school or just University), I would either take this as flirting… or as her trying to annoy me, as I had lots of prior experience with that kind of people.
