I’m a specialist psychologist for many issue’s, including PTSD, and I suffer from lot’s of issue’s both physical and emotional also. Honestly, if you don’t get sleep at night, you could talk all day, every day to a psychologist and not be able to move forward with your life. I can honestly say this is the best start point for people who have trouble sleeping, or even self esteem issue’s, because the way GiBi speaks to “you” is very validating and compassionate. I love the brushing sounds and the close personal attention. Your whispering and tapping helps with calming. In the beginning, when you use the big brush, the large powder, when I close my eyes, in a dimly lit room, the changes in light intensity of the screen as the brush passes across the screen, gives a kind of light show against my eyelids, giving an abstract blue and green show that matches the sounds of the brushing. Curiously soothing.
