I'm so glad I found this, I have an appointment in the morning and I'm freaking out. Or, I was, but this helped me calm down a lot. I'm still jittery, but my brain's stopped racing, and my breathing is calmer. I hope the doctors I see are as nice as you. Thank you for making this.

It would be nice if we had the knowledge and the time to do so. I've been working at a doctor's for years and it was just what Dr. J said about the nurses. It was so much stress and we didn't know how to deal with it.

I keep coming back to this video- it is such a paradise of relaxation. The first half of the video with the slow breathing and affirmations has the ability to bring me from 50 to 0, slowly but surely. When my anxiety creeps all over my body and every muscle is tight, this meditation 🧘‍♀️ and role play never disappoints. I hope you know how much your videos mean to all of us and how much they help. ❤❤

Here in India. The situation is very very bad... Apart from the other countries... Many many people are dieing.... And one lady attempted suicide from one of the covid center in my city.... Due to lockdown depression........we all are having anxiety......and your vedios are relaxing.... Thanks..

I’ve had so many panic attacks this week. It’s crazy. They scare me so bad. The first thing when someone calms me down, my breathing slows down and I am still shaking, it takes someone holding my hand or putting their hand on my shoulder or my back.

This is a really helpful video I've got complex post traumatic stress disorder and really struggle with dissociation flashbacks anxiety and panic attacks insomnia and chronic neck back and shoulder pain and even though I struggle with eye contact it does help to ground me when I do.

Only thing for me personally is I don’t like when someone tells me what to do with my body when I’m having anxiety. If you wanna calm me down you have to hug me until I’m calm.
