It takes knowledge to work on these delicate areas, and you do a great job checking the back and spine with a healing touch. You apply the right amount of pressure in your assessment. There are some relaxed quiet moments . Your very soft voice is so soothing in your soft tone as you speak. The microphone works well in capturing the beautiful tone in your voice. I find this video relaxing. Well done.

You know?, I've been dealing with lower back pain recently, and although it's getting better, a chiropractic adjustment and spine assessment from you Semide is just what my back needs.
I wish this video was twice as long. The asmr was so intensely good. With asmr it’s hard to explain or express what exactly makes a role play so good. I think with the chiropractic exams it’s the softness and rhythm of your speaking through each vertebrae and the sounds of your coat. All the sounds with the movements. If you can do more of these. And s bit longer. It really helps me escape and relax longer. But my goodness I appreciate your level of anatomy expertise and the camera angles. You are one of the best as far as all of that.

Ah man, I never got the notification for this upload for some reason & now I'm pretty damn cranky tbh. Fortunately this is ASMR content I'm about immerse myself in to, so at least I won't have to be cranky about it for very long haha. 5-10 minutes in to a new Semide video & I haven't got a care in the world usually :-)
She is incredibly flexible, I found myself trying to move my back in the same way and just can't seem to get that part of my back to dip in and out. 🤷🏼♀️ I have Degenerative Disc Disease and Spinal Stenosis, have had lots of pain in the lower back for the last 6 years. That manual traction looks like it would feel amazing

Hi Semide! Question: you seem to learn so many different types of areas of study in your schooling. Are naturopathic healthcare providers like a “one stop shop” providers who can help in most areas of wellness? being from the US im just not too familiar. I would have to go to 9 doctors for 9 ailments here 😂

Naturopaths are not a one stop shop. More than likely her education involves learning about other specialties, but to what extent I wouldn’t know. She may have supplemented what she learned in school with additional research to pull off a very convincing ASMR. But no, naturopaths are maybe more like a primary care doctor or general practitioner where they can help with many things, but would still refer you to a specialist as needed since it’s different educational requirements. Some NDs will have additional licensing- an ND with an acupuncture license is common- if they choose to pursue that additional education and licensing.
