In this #ASMR Medical Roleplay, I play the role of a chiropractor assessing and adjusting Julia's spine.

Semide, you’re easily in my top 3 ASMRtists. I say that as someone who’s been here for over 8 years now. These medical role plays are now my “go to” for sleep and relaxation. You’ll make a fantastic naturopathic doctor & if I wasn’t on the other side of the world I’d be one of your first patients.

yeah shes amazing with her roleplay i do miss the cracking when doing "adjustments" but when its time to sleep she is one of the best. if people like cracking the india guys are the best (home asrm clinic, barber massage hac)

I love Julia but she hardly ever posts anymore. I even subscribed to her Patreon for 15/16 months straight and got MAYBE 2-3 videos the whole time. Very disappointed to say the least considering I was paying her for videos. Edit: this was also BEFORE Covid so it was not due to a lack of people or being able to be around people. I unsubbed from her patreon in March/april of 2020. Was subbed to it all of 2019 and the start of 2020 Also, when Semide first started doing asmr videos, people were attacking her saying she was trying to ‘copy’ Julia like Itsblitzzz created soft touch massage or asmr. It was very sad. I remember feeling awful for Semide and definitely defended her on a few of her early videos. So glad people realized she is just as good on her own if not better! And definitely more consistent.

only problem I have with itsblitzzz is the amount of ridiculous unnecessary hand flutters. Its obviously my opinion but that does absolutely nothing for me, and tbh I usually just listen to ASMR so that doesn't help at all. I like that Semide focuses so much on the actual audio of it, and making it somewhat realistic as I feel a lot of ASMR youtubers dig into that certain type of whispering way too hard. Semide's style comes off as 100x more natural. Totally just my opinion though, and I think it is a good thing to have a variety in this style.

@@hannahh8693 No, it wasn't "super objectifying". It was merely playful. There's nothing wrong about admiring women's bodies without being rude (which I wasn't). The human body (maybe the female one more so) has been venerated throughout history, as a symbol of beauty, fertility, etc. You're the one "objectifying" it. I just deleted the comment because I didn't want to start a pointless discussion in Semide's comment section, but you might want to look at yourself and stop being such a prude.

I watch a LOT of ASMR and honestly, you're my fave. Every video is so calming and gentle and respectful. Just the sound of your voice relaxes me now! Even the lovely ident at the beginning with the chimes and the waves is perfectly crafted and a signal to my shoulders that they can drop and I can breathe in deep. You have great production values but more than that: you can feel you truly care. Both you and your cousin are my must watch videos whenever they drop!

Semide, I really like the interaction between you and your friend. The conversation is very natural and relaxed. I love the fact that you are confident in your knowledge to perform the Chiropractic assessment of her back and spine. Your exam is very detailed and very realistic. The tapping on the knees is the classic reflex test. You focus on the areas that need a healing touch. There are quiet moments throughout the video, and when you speak your voice is so naturally soft and soothing. This video has a calming effect.

She's not a medical student. You can tell by the way she uses unscientific "therapies" like chiropracty and aura cleansing, and "prescribes" herbs. She is a student of "naturopathic medicine" which is at most a four-year degree. She is going to spend her life making money by fooling people into thinking she has a real medical degree by calling herself "doctor", and billing them large amounts of money for ineffective treatments for often non-existent conditions. Her customers will put far more trust in her than her training or knowledge warrant, at the risk of their own lives. The fact she has good intentions and believes the scam doesn't make it not a scam.

Semide: “I’m going to check your cervical lumbar junction” As if the patient would say: “yes thank you, that’s what I told the receptionist on the phone was bothering me, as well as T3” 🤣 On one hand it makes me laugh bc I can’t imagine a patient actually knowing what the heck she’s talking about, but on the other hand, semide’s patients probably DO know bc she involved them in their care 💛 they’re knowledgeable about their body work. This was lovely! I’m actually experiencing trap muscle spasms and it’s effecting not just my neck, but all the way to my lower back and giving my tension migraines. I tried a “chiropractor”, but he made it worse. Definitely not the top in his profession at all. So now I’m in physical therapy trying to avoid harsh medications. This made me feel like I was getting treated and was so relaxing!
