I learned so much in this video. 1) I need to make a chiropractor appointment. 2) I learned how to work through my anxiety. 3) Never watch asmr on your back because your phone will smack you in the face when you fall asleep at 11 minutes.
I had covid and was bed ridden for almost 2 weeks. This video helped me sleep more than anything I could find. I must of watched it threw a 100+ times. Thank you so much keep up the good work!

Thank you 🙏 I invest as much time as I would if I were acting in a role. I do extensive research and I rehearse too and then I cringe rewatching the rehearsal haha Finally I improve my approach/performance in the real one 😂🐻🤗

You really outdid yourself with this one. So many different sections with different triggers that could probably be their own videos. I also really identify with the Emotional Freedom Technique as someone who goes through anxiety and sometimes can't let thoughts go.
