💫Help me to help others💫 By SUBSCRIBING you help others find this channel on RU-vid 🙏❤️ Thank you! Sweet dreams and a big back-cracking bear-hug to you! 🤗
@@IrmaLaDulceASMR Goodnight Moon made one as far back as last year (could be further in the past, though, haven't checked in a while), but you're the first (as far as I know) to have added the camera motion ^^ Both great videos!
Yvette ASMR has put out a few on-the-table chiro adjustment videos, complete with sound and visual adjustment, around 4 years ago. That said, while not the first, it certainly isn’t inferior and I quickly sub’d. Your attention to detail and approach to making sound a tactile experience is fantastic and, for someone self-studied in kinesiology and/or chiropractic, just to make these kinds of videos? Noted and much appreciated. In other words: you rock! I’m an instant fan.
@@Rurne 🥲🙏 Thank you for taking time t write to me. You're very kind 🤗I didn't know she created these 4 years ago wow, I have to go look for those. It's funny when you think you invented something but someone else did it first. I heard somewhere that on the two opposite sides of the globe there were ancient cave drawings of dragons, dated to about the same time period. The conclusion was: humans are not as creative as they think 😂 some where out there, some one did it first or is thinking a similar idea as you. She's a wonderful artist and if my imagination synched up with hers, then I'm headed down the right path and can trust my creative instincts 🤗
Thank you all so much for always showing love and appreciation in the comments. It really makes creating these videos feel special. Feel free to leave a comment when you wake up ☺️🙏 enjoy the tingles & sweet dreams 😴
Thank you Dr. Irma for explaining how these muscles cause tinnitus. I always massage my neck and shoulder muscles when i have a headache to ease the pain. Screen time and poorly lit environments at work are my major problems leading to headaches. Your manipulation and stretching of my various muscles have brought immense relief and left me totally relaxed. I will see the receptionist on the way out,and book another 5 sessions with you. 🤗😘
@@vincent__1521 It makes it realistic, you go to the doctor and they tell you that you got some thing you never heard of before 🤣 true story for me haha
Such a great role-play idea. Having had TMJ Syndrome for a long time caused many headaches for me. Learning to massage the muscle to relax them helped an awful lot. It was great that you had a focus to your "treatment" instead of just "I'm going to massage your neck and that'll release a lot of tension".
I think it’s better to have a focused treatment and be as specific as possible. That way I could give relief to the problem we’re simulating in the video. It turned out great, I plan to use this sort of set up for other medical videos. Thank you for your feedback Clay, I appreciate it 😊🙏
RU-vid recommended this video to me last week and I've watched it at least 5 times since then. Your soft spoken voice is perfection, and the cracking sound is so satisfying! I also love the way you move the camera. Looking forward to watching more videos from your channel.
Wow, thank you for rewatching the video 5 times ❤️! That's wonderful that you enjoy it so much! I appreciate you leaving feedback too on what worked for you. Happy tingles dear, enjoy!
I’ve been struggling with my emotions, and also at work, for several weeks, so it was nice to watch this and feel more relaxed and calm. Another wonderful video, Irma!
I feel like this was specially made for me because my neck has been giving me major problems lately. I was doing everything you said and it helped. My neck feels better, better than some of the chiropractors I've been to. I really enjoyed this one. Thank you so much 🤗
So good to read this! The benefits of doing real research and including it in videos is that it can be useful for folks. I’m so glad it helped you. I will create a head relief video at some point. 🤗
Your chiropractic videos are so amazing. The cracking sounds and details with the camera movements make it so much more realistic and relaxing. Loved this one, Irma!!
I REALLY like the POV....that was great . Felt very immersive. I have not experienced that yet. Where we are actually feeling that experience. Cool idea. Thanks for that Irma!!!! Just stopped by for the first time. THE ASMR Healing Room (Dee ) mentioned you. So glad I stopped by.
I don’t have the words to describe how relaxed this video makes me. Your voice and movements are absolute asmr perfection. So glad I found your channel 💕
hey it's me again lol, anyway you don't understand how much i love the fact that you just charge right into the content instead of drawing out an intro 💕 my adhd brain thanks you
Managed to squeeze this video in while on holiday and wow! Not only was it amazingly tingly (who knew the sound of bones cracking could do this!) but you’ve clearly done so much research on terminology, adjustments etc that it felt really authentic. This was really brilliant, thanks so much Irma for all your hard work - rest assured it doesn’t go unnoticed and we really appreciate it. Will sleep amazingly well tonight thanks to you - abrazos! 😘
Oooo I’m so happy you got to watch one Katherine 🤗♥️ The joint cracking was totally experimental, I made a part 1 few months ago & people responded well. It doesn’t trigger everyone but I’m glad it worked for you. Gracias amiga you’re so kind! Abrazos to you! 🤗
Oh my gosh, Irma! You are constantly outdoing yourself - the immersive pov of this video is so relaxing and hypnotic! This may be my favorite so far ✨☁️✨
This is definitely going to the top of my ASMR favorites list. Not only because it includes the only trigger that actually gives me tingles (bone cracking sounds), but because it is so well done. You really pay attention to the details and I like it.
I like chiropractor ASMR RPs in general but yours with camera turning was just another level and it's how I found your channel! So glad there's a new one and you deserve way more subs :)) Been busy in roughtimes lately so tonight is the night for this after working 12 hours straight.
Excellent role play and video quality. You have the knowledge of a real chiropractor so it’s very convincing. Are the things you said about tinnitus really true? Wowwie wow wow! 🤔
Greetings : I have severe tinnitus. The audio interference can be harsh at times . Its constant. The sounds can be different at times. I've never seen anything or heard for that matter like this. Living with tinnitus can & is hard. Especially at night. I use sound machine & a fan to help elivate some of the sounds. When I had a severe concussion 2 yrs ago , its worsened . One does what they can to help ease symptoms. TMJ , it can be off the wall sometimes . Life experiences to lessen the pain when a flare up comes. Thank you ever so much for this. 😊 Peace , A Canadian Fan
Hello Wendy, Thank you for sharing 🙏 while doing research I learned a lot about how it can impact the quality of life for people with Tinnitus. I’m sorry that you have struggled with it. I wish you well and especially good sleep because it’s so important for us. I know it isn’t much but I feel lucky to be creating these videos and to help out in a small way. Even if it brings you temporary relief, I’m honored 🐻🤗❤️ Bear hugs
Yaye,, camera tilting is back 😁,,,, yes it's very obvious that you have done your homework,,,,,,,,the terminology & actions you are using are very accurate & professional, 👍🏼,,,,,So,,,,for your latest instalment, you have been awarded an A+ including a distinction & credit. ( a+ 🏆🏅) thankyou Irma.
Buck, thanks for grading my paper lol 😂 This video was fun to create & I enjoyed learning everything I had to learn for it. Yes the head tilting is back in full effect here lol
That was fun with the live chat, and relaxing ASMR. Thank you again for the content, and I will wait patiently in line for that Moscow Mule when you are ready. Night all! 🙏🏼
She is smart because viewer like me get in the sleep and because of her long video she get watch time because viewer are gone to sleep no one is to stop or pause the video
I've now subbed to you from 2 different channels and I would sub from 20000000 more if I could. Your voice is like a lullaby and you're probably the only one that REALLY helps me with insomnia 💜
Fabulously relaxing. Sounds, camera movement, voice, role play, all totally on point. I'm struggling to stay awake to the end because I'm enjoying the cracking sounds so much (my partner hates it when I crack my joints but it feels soooooo good lol)
Dear Irma La Dolce I almost went into a brain tingle enduced coma from this one. Love ya vids, you're very good at this. Yours sincerely, just some subscriber.
Awww 🥰 thank you for sharing that with me. You could’ve just enjoyed the tingles but you took time to write to me. I’m grateful! You’re not just some subscriber to me 🥲🙏 I appreciate each & every person who supports my channel by watching ♥️
Though I know how awesome and brilliant you’re I come back to watch this specific video just to listen to you and every time I get totally impressed by you talking that talk as if you were a real Doctor…I already know how good you are and yet, you continue to impress me Sweet Sweet! ❤️🌹🤗💪🏽💪🏽🇵🇷🌹❤️🤙🏽
