I've noticed that in your latest videos you've added shoulder massages and I want to thank you for that, because you do them so, so, so well and it feels like a real massage! It's very soothing and it takes all my stresses away, it relaxes my shoulders as if they were being massaged and it helps me sleep even more!

I have not watched one of your videos in quite some time, probably around 3 months because the algorithm has not been suggesting. It finally did and I forgot how relaxing and calming your content is. Speaking slowly and quietly is your strong suit.

Thank you. Makes me sleep. I've always tried to figure out what it was called when a woman's voice makes me sleepy and relaxed. Highschool in the 90s I had an art teacher that made me sleepy and a classmate would sit behind me and chew her gum. ASMR. Took me awhile to find out what that was.

Evidence for me that you absolutely nailed it with interesting topic & your research - During my 2nd viewing I kept pausing the video to look things up because I was interested in learning more. For example, I learned what the HINTS exam is and what BPPV is (thanks to you making it intriguing). I also learned some things during the premiere chat. For example I learned that: (1) the 'official' name of the cool & tingly angle move you do (Dutch or more properly Deutsch angle/tilt). (2) apparently some people have a very odd definition of what a 'respectful' comment to Irma is 🤷♂ And you know that when you instructed me to pick something to focus on, I chose the little globe 😂 Thank you for including BHBC as part of the treatment (Bear Hug Back Crack) 🐼🤗

Crazy how that works, when you move the camera slowly my eyes struggle to compensate perfectly in the opposite direction but if I move my head extremely fast irl my eyes compensate perfectly without issue. The human body is fascinating.

I had loose ear crystals and the doctor got them back into place by moving/flipping my head around and watching my eyes. It was wild but it worked! Having those loose crystals was a nightmare 😫
I don't know why but that sounds like it would be so satisfying! Like when you have water trapped in your ear after swimming and suddenly it just comes out on its own 😌

My chiropractor yelled at me because she was making me sleepy and I explained to her what ASMR was. She didn't know and was angry at me because I suggested that her voice was beautiful and was making me sleepy. Not going back there. Of course it's the VA so I expected it. 🙄
