Grace, your recent content has been absolutely sublime, loving the "new" settings, visuals and the sounds you've been creating. I'm normally more of a silent subscriber but I just want to say thanks for always providing a relaxing and healing space for us. When you were talking about being run down from the holidays I wanted to cry because, man, the holidays were rough but there's no one I can talk to about it at the moment and like you said, everyone around me has been so short-fused recently! We really shouldn't need holiday to recover from our "holidays", it feels so wrong. But here in your/our lovely calm space I feel like I can really wind down, so I am very glad it and yourself exist 💕💕

NO! Kaity🥺 I too struggle with random bouts of vertigo, and I wouldn’t wish it upon anyone. Pls do lay down and close the blinds, maybe turn on white noise, nausea medicine if you have any… and listen to ASMR? I’m just so worry. It can be anxiety-inducing not knowing how long it’ll last. I do mostly take comfort in knowing it does pass. Be so gentle and ask for help if you need it this evening. So much comfort. Feel better❣️
