There is STILL such a stigma surrounding mental health and I've always had the mindset "I know I can't be the only one." I think it helps break down individualism and placing fingers solely on one person and their struggles VS societal issues, pressures, capitalism, etc. SO much more can impact our mental health than just a chemical imbalance or something within ourselves. Our nervous systems play such a role, our childhood, ALL of it. Finances, alllll of it. I have good days, I have GREAT days, I have okay days... and I can have HARD days that my best looks like hygiene and feeding myself. It's true. Life is not linear and there is NOTHING wrong with you. you are not bad, wrong, etc. You are CAPABLE, deserving, a human-being with inherent value who has to do absolutely nothing to earn love or nourishment. We collectively deal with an epidemic of loneliness. You are not alone here, I too struggle. I too feel lost sometimes, a lot of times actually... I feel insecure. THIS is all okay. We are okay and we can get through painful times. I cannot fix nor "save" anyone but if I can be a whispering voice that echoes in your mind that tells your heart to release LOVE and more love for you to give to yourself and gentleness, then I truly feel accomplished. All my love and comfort.
