Welcome to a different kind of soft spoken ASMR Follow My Instructions video. All of the instructions can be followed with your eyes closed, and the video is perfect for falling asleep.
I almost always listen to ASMR without actually watching the video, and the recent poll on my community tab told me that some of you do as well. But fear not, all you watchers can still watch this video with your lovely eyeballs. :)

@@FluroFeed I actually take medication for anxiety (lexapro) and it’s been life changing for me. I’ll also in a much more stable place in my life now.

Veda! This was a great idea, thank you! I do most of my asmr listening in bed, with my eyes closed. it was so nice to have a video tailored for that. I really enjoyed the light snaps at the beginning. I also enjoyed the marker order quiz. I do see images in my mind, though they are a little hard to hold, and will slip away sometimes.

I love an asmr that has both visual triggers, since i am a huge fan of those, my number one trigger especially light triggers, but also something to keep relaxing while i close my eyes, i fall asleep with asmr on and wake up at 5 am with my phone in my hands, so I definitely love a visual asmr but I can’t help but close my eyes at a certain point ❤️

i've been struggling with insomnia for the past few weeks, i got a new job and for some reason i just can't sleep even though i'm typically exhausted. last night, i was almost to the point of tears because i was so frustrated that my mind wouldn't shut up, i was laying in bed for hours going through different asmr videos trying to find something to distract my brain enough to fall asleep & then i found this. fell asleep about 15 or so minutes in, and i'm incredibly grateful. thank you. ♡

Congratulations, this is the first video that has made me genuinely fall asleep to. However, having BT headphones, it did consequently make me wake up at 7 on Saturday for accidentally rolling my phone, and have a panic for the next 2 minutes to find them. But I found them. My husband had to work until 3am so I decided to stay up and wait for him so we could hang out (usually not an issue to stay up as I have delayed sleep phase disorder) but watched this video whilst waiting and he found me sleeping on the couch (never fallen asleep there) so it worked very well 🤣 actually one suggestion I have that would be cool is a sleep doctor role play as you're great at the medical ones!

I haven’t had any luck either. :( I got one of those headband ones on Amazon that are supposed to be good for sleeping but they weren’t very comfortable, made my ears too hot, and the sound was bad. I just use regular earbuds and try to fall asleep on my back. ☹️

Can you make like a 'normal' asmr with no visuals? Just a black screen? I love watching with my eyes closed but i always feel like missing something like a visual trigger, and i feel like no visual triggers are more intense!
