i love the way you count for breathing. a lot of asmrtists count very slow and pause between numbers so it’s a little hard to follow along but yours is perfection 😭
It makes sense to me that you were a teacher, Veda. The way you speak so gently is just perfect for dealing with children. You don't have to tell us why you left the teaching profession, but it's hard to blame you given the pressure that teachers are under these days. If students don't pass their standardized tests, teachers get blamed even if getting their students to learn is basically an impossible task.

This breathing pattern is perfect!! I completely understand when you say other patterns make you feel like you're suffocating. I have the same problem. This was spot on with the 4, 3, 8. Love it!
Follow my instructions is my favorite style of asmr right now so thank you for this. Also your new light triggers are so good. And the breathing pattern is wonderful usually I feel like I’m fighting for my life 🙄😂but this pattern is aaammmaazing.

Hahaha they’d probably get along. As for the headphones, I use them to monitor the microphone sound, so I can also hear background noise while I’m filming. :)
