Me and my parents had one of the worst years of our lives and we opted we wouldn't decorate for Christmas this year, which is normally one of the things we love the most so we didn't want this tradition to be ruined by so many tragedies we've been through, so watching this gave me a lot of peace and comfort and I can't thank you enough. ♡

I love your magazine read-through videos particularly because of the way you talk about interpreting the pictured displays through your own style. It is such a joy to get to see the way you decorate your own home for the holidays. ✨

Angelina you're the first creator on RU-vid, whose video I've watched this year, who addresses in their video that some ppl are struggling around this time of the year, because of some sort of loss and grief. Thank you so much for that! It made me feel seen and understood. 💛 Whoever is reading this and has a tough time during these days (me included), you don't need to please others. If you don't feel like celebrating Christmas do whatever is best for you. You're not selfish. In fact you're doing something really good by giving yourself the love you need and deserve.

I have to say the lighting in this vid was such a great choice. It really put me in that cozy, quiet place that I would be in during winter and focusing on a craft. I love seeing how people's personalities come out through their holiday decorating. I prefer either a Victorian aesthetic or a nature/winter solstice aesthetic. Sometimes even an old school real tree with big bright lights and ceramic decorations. Lovely video as usual and I hope you and your family have a great holiday.

I love the comment about tradition just being something you've done twice. This is my first Christmas where I have had to travel far to my parent's new house, and even though I am incredibly thankful to be still able to spend it with my family, the loss of many traditions and little visits leading up to the 25th has rocked me a little (I am very set in tradition when it comes to Christmas... some of these things were things i'd been doing for over 25 years). But this year is a chance to start new traditions ❤ Wishing everyone love and kindness this holiday season~

One thing I love doing with the fake trees is hanging small plain shiny bulbs (either gold or silver depending on the overall color scheme) close to the center pole. They reflect the light back out from the center of the tree, and there's even more glow from within the tree! It's subtle, but it almost seems like it's glittering sometimes ✨ I like using the mixed boxes that have the plain shiny, frosted, and glitter covered ones. (Matte ones don't offer the same effect) Also, it falls into the waiting game, but with brand new lights, I find it helps (me, at least) to stretch the strings out prior to attempting to wrap the tree. I usually just tie either end to two chairs and pull them across the room and let them hang for a bit until they loosen up. No tree for me this year, unfortunately, so it was good getting to have a relaxing time watching along with your decorating. I grew up with a white tree, so it's bringing back a little extra of that Christmasy feeling. 🥰 It looks wonderful 🎄

I have never ever cared to live with anyone. Always preferred, and always lived on my own. However, I would love to come visit just for a morning and enjoy a nice cup of tea with her. Now, I can't guarantee I won't fall asleep, but hey that would be great thing. 😅 Love her calming, soft demeanor. You can sense she has that about her, not just while recording for us.

I'm only 3 minutes in so far, but I already want to say I'm grateful for this video! I know that these shots do take a bunch of work and timing to set up, and they turned out wonderfully. Not only that, but this is a super hard time of year for me - and Earl Grey with a spoon of sugar/honey and a bit of milk happens to be my comfort food. I felt inclined to get up, get out my teapot, my nice cup and saucer, and make one along with you. That led to me folding some laundry while it was steeping, then putting it away, then doing little bits and bobs of other small tidying. My depression has been so bad that yesterday, taking a shower was my Big W of the Day. Today, I got more things done that were bothering me thanks to you and a cup of tea. So, I'm really thankful to you, ALB! ☕💚

I have pastel Christmas ornaments and used to have a white plastic tree but it broke last year, this year I went with a flocked style plastic tree and I love how it looks with the pastel ornaments! the flocking makes the tree look like a minty pastel green

I remember watching your makeup video a while back, and you mentioned that you really liked perfume - I'd love to see a video about you going over your fragrances, or maybe a whimsical perfume salesperson roleplay! I always find going through the notes, how the fragrance makes you feel etc etc soooo relaxing. This video is so sweet, your outfits and hair are so pretty. Kitschy decor is the best!

I make vows like this when i make stuff, though i sew the ribbon rather than glue it since i tend to diy more on clothing than decor. I took a sewing class and when we made pajama pants I added one of the bows and my instructor told me it was cheating! XD it was still adorable and she seemed to only be tesing since i didn't loose any points on the assignment

I’m seeing an unfortunate increase in asmr “artists” being too fast paced, being too aggressive, and focusing too much on the role playing rather than the _tingle quality_ of their asmr video content. It can be simple, you don’t need to aggressively tap everything. The tingles happen when we feel the closeness, the calmness, the intimacy, the hypnotic wordplay. It’s not a shooting game. You don’t get extra tingle points for tapping faster!
