Just noticed I'm not subscribed. I'm violently ill with either a mutated cold or the flu and I'm in a lot of pain and I honestly can't move your helping a lot just by making me feel more comfortable and looked after. Scientifically this has been proven to speed up the healing process of humans as well as other animals. So I'm hoping that even tho I listen to your videos often, that this will help my immune system as my brain should release chemicals to lower pain or induce more white blood cell creation. Note the plocibo effect can actually help me here as even if I am wrong about this method (it was physical comfort that was proven) then the chances are just because I have high hope that this will help. My body will be tricked into releasing chemicals anyway. I'm short term thank you 👍😅
