it brings me so much peace when you say “good” after i did something, like it’s a reward or something. even though it’s a little thing, i feel appreciated. and i guess that goes to show that i don’t feel very appreciated in my daily life, because that bit really stood out to me. it made me feel very safe and welcomed. thank you ❤️

That’s some kind of a paradox because if I don’t follow your instructions, that means I don’t follow your instruction to not follow the instructions and I basically would have to follow your instructions as you say them, which would be theoretically wrong too. I have ADHD and am very much the type to not be able to focus on anything ever. I love these sort of focus game, follow my instructions ASMR videos but this was so much fun watching it and doing the opposite. It kept me busy and was just the perfect pacing to where I wasn't bored and I didn't have too much to focus on. So yeah thank you!

If you think about it she instructs us at the beginning to not follow her instructions, and then to do the opposite of what she says so technically we're supposed to do what she tells us cause the opposite of not following the instructions is following the instructions

This actually made a lot of sense for my brain because I tend to really only get tingles when I’m half focused on the ASMR I’m watching, so having to try to ignore the triggers was better for me

I love your "follow my instructions" videos. The visual triggers you use set off my ASMR better than most other things I see. When you flipped the script here it was so intense I think the ASMR parts of my brain might have overloaded and exploded. I'll be sleeping well tonight.
