If you can get to the point where you are aware you are dreaming within the dream, you can take control of the experience and have a lot of fun with it. Maybe include that in your nightly mantra. Tell yourself before you fall asleep that you will become aware of the dream while it's happening and you will realize at that point that you can do anything you want. When I succeed at that I usually start flying like superman, and it's exhilarating! Tell yourself that it's going to be a fun experience and you get to where you are excited and relaxed about falling asleep. Remember, nightmares aren't a bad thing. It's your brain's way of figuring out the best ways to react to stressful situations through trial and error. It's like a dry run where you can't get hurt so take advantage! When you remind yourself of these things while you are dreaming, the scary things you encounter in your dreams aren't so scary anymore. #ProgressiveMentalStrategies

I love your videos 💞 You should expand to other platforms when possible. A young asmr artist who lost their channel and had to start over Jacob Jacob 15 is trying to start a new Platform for just asmr called TinglyTube. Him and his team are doing their best to create this website but it also needs a lot of help from more asmr artists wanting to collaborate with them before they can make it into something great for all asmr creators. Perhaps you could look into it on JJ15 channel here on youtube. Just send them a message if you're interested. I'm sure they'd be happy to receive the help.
