My family got me a puppy for my birthday, the same type of dog I had as a kid. It’s the best birthday ever, but I will admit taking care of the little guy and a kid is kinda exhausting. He has to get up to pee every few hours or he pees on the bed so I don’t sleep for very long when I do fall asleep. But he sleeps curled up in my arms which is the cutest thing ever. Listening to my favorite asmrtist to help me fall back asleep really helps❤

@@SamuelASMR you're welcome! Light triggers and brushing with soft speaking are among my favorite. I saw a video a long time ago by a guy who tapped his phone camera with a pencil eraser tip. He pointed, up close, with the eraser end of a pencil. There was something about the tapping and pointing the eraser at the camera, in close-uo, that was oddly relaxing. Would you consider trying that sometime? Maybe you could direct the viewer to look at different parts of the screen while pointing?

bit late, and my opinion doesnt matter much, but im personally against extending the "close your eyes" segments of each closed eye instruction videos. its tingly because it doesnt happen often, and itll lose its charm if its overdone. having it be a treat at the beginning of each video in this series makes it unique, and lets it be that much better

I've been having a bad time lately, really struggling with sleep and anxiety, everytime I try to sleep my heart races. I dont remember exactly when I found your channel, but you simply have a calm nature that allows me to trust you enough to close my eyes and follow the instructions to get the sleep I need. I find it personally comforting and I appreciate the fact that the volume its not loud at all, your instructions are clear and slow but not dreadfully slow, you have gentle way of presenting yourself. I cannot thank you enough, I can tell you care about sleep. The fact that you ask personal stuff at the start builds a great connection and when everything starts to fall apart and I just want to curl up in bed, I know listening to you will help me rest better. Thank you for the great artist you are, and the outstanding quality of your work.

I recommend watching without headphones as it's easier to fall asleep without them. However, if you prefer watching with them then that's fine. It's just a personal recommendation from experience.

I never used to believe in hypnosis, but listening to your "close your eyes" part on headphones put me into a hypnotic state. If you ever have the time you could do positive affirmations about self body and mind healing and acceptance. I felt the sensations in the whole lenght of my spine, it's very powerful. Bravo

This is some ASMR I did not even realize would be absolutely perfect. I studied in the UK for a bit and often signed up as a paid volunteer for uni psychology department experiments (for laundry/weekend money).
