Your videos are genuinely very good to fall asleep to. There are a lot of rogue ASMRtists out there who start aggressively tapping or scratching part way through the video, and it wakes me up.
i absolutely love the into where you check-up on some basics.. it relieves my anxiety so well and makes me not worry about forgetting anything and that's so important before sleeping, thank you so much for that
If nobody has told you this already, THANK YOU SO MUCH for the reminder on every video to take our medication. As someone who has to take meds every 12 hours for the rest of my life, taking meds can be a real chore sometimes. I'm glad you realize that. Keep up all the good work!
I've been sleeping to your videos almost every night for 2 years already, and it still amazes me how I don't get tired of them (i watch the same videos over and over again). They still give me tingles and make me sleepy in less than 10 minutes, idk, I think you're an asmr genius or something like that. Your videos have helped me with my insomnia, anxiety and depression, so I'm here once again to thank you for all your hard work, I hope you know it's highly appreciated. Usually I’m not a fan of soft spoken videos but your voice is the only exception.. it’s just as soft, gentle, comforting and non-invasive as whispers for me🩷

Usually female voices are better for me, but yours is more comforting and calming for me than any other male Asmrtist I know of. I don't know how you do it man but the first 10 seconds of the first time I heard this video I was instantly drowsy, keep up the great work man.

i watch asmr to help me fall asleep and whenever i watch it somtimes it doesnt always work and i realise im prob not gonna fall asleep soon so whenever that happens i always find my way back to this channel lol works like a charm

a rec for future “guess the trigger” bits: it could be fun to describe the trigger in more detail so we can visualize it more! with the sparkle notebook i could visualize it very well bc im familiar and that made me wonder what color the brush is, etc! i loveee over explaining in asmr personally :)
