I always see videos focusing on the head, shoulders, neck, and back. Rarely if ever do I see a video focusing on the legs, ankles and feet. As someone who spends his whole day on his feet I feel many of us would benefit from a healing session along those lines. Your videos are always great. Thank you.
I work as a tourguide at the biggest reptile shelter in Europe while also studying for my diploma at school. This week is soo busy - there's a tour every day - so I've been going to school, then straight to the shelter, then dropping completely exhausted into bed for the last days. This is truly helpful to reset all of the energy I've spent on my schoolwork, all the socialising and the animal-care. Thank you!
I actually listened to this video because I was procrastinating again. I didn't feel like getting dressed so I could get my day moving. Your message prompted me to list my biggest energy drainers. It occurred to me that my days were moving forward whether the things on that list were done or not. So... I could choose to trudge through each day dragging the weight of procrastination and guilt or glide through each day with a light heart, peace of mind and a sense of accomplishment.
