You are honestly one of my favorite asmrtists. I never even get through the full video when I'm intending to go to sleep. Your voice is incredibly soothing, and gives me tingles all the way down to my lower back, but especially in my shoulders. It's such a great feeling and helps with much-needed relaxation after a long day.
I LOVE these videos! I’ve even tried doing this with my kids when they won’t calm down or go to sleep at night - and it totally works! They love it! I adore the simplicity, the page turning, the interesting info, the pictures, the way you use the pen to point or draw attention, and your voice! I also love the way you say, “Okay?” I’m not sure why, but that has become a major ASMR trigger for me. I can tell my kids are triggered by page turning. It’s amazing how ASMR, misunderstood and mysterious though it is, seems to go back to the very beginning of our human roots. Even babies respond to it. And you are the best! Truly - you have a great gift; thank you for sharing it. For sleep, anxiety, pain control, and overall feelings of comfort and wellbeing, your videos are at the very top of the list.
