Hi everyone! Tonight's video is another "follow my instructions" video, this time purely dedicated to light triggers. Triggers include eye exam type tests, follow the light, covering your eyes trigger, and plenty more. Thanks for watching and I hope you enjoy!

i feel like most people really underestimate the ‘peripheral vision’ kinda triggers where you’re focusing on something but looking for something else, or something else is moving :( but you do a great job, thank you! :)

I made eye contact when she told me to focus on her nose and immediately thought she could see me and tried really hard to stop looking so entranced 😭 On a side note, her eyes are really pretty. So ✨brown✨

Thank you for your videos. They help me a lot when I need to sleep. My schedule at work, school, and house duties leave me almost no time for sleep so it really helps that I have your videos to help me sleep whenever I have time to do so.
