Hey everyone!!
In this ASMR video, i calmly ramble, repeat affirmations, and take you through a grounding meditation to help soothe your anxiety or stress. It’s truly a blessing to be able to make these, and i hope you all relax and enjoy as much as i did making it ♥️

I agree with all the comments, you have such a soothing presence and smile. Like a warm tea with honey or the warmth from a candle or fireplace lol. Normally don't watch talking videos but your videos are really enjoyable. And I also never have been the type to cheer up by words but this video in particular was very cleansing and soothing mentally and emotionally. Thank you for your hard work and content! The haircut is fire btw, the previous looks just as good, and this one makes you look more mature and masculine.
