Hi Sophie 😊 I'm not sure this is something that you will ever see but I just wanted to say I don't know where I would be today without your channel. Your videos have gotten me through some of the darkest days in my life and I am so grateful for you. The internet can be absolutely cruel to some of the most genuinely amazing people like yourself. I think you are a beautiful person inside and out and I wish everyone saw you that way. The comments lately have been unnecessarily cruel to a new mother who is doing everything she can for her family and those that support her channel. I know it's easy for people to say "just ignore the comments" but that's easier said than done. I just hope this comment brings you a little solace of peace knowing that there are so many of us out here that support and adore your channel no matter what stage of your life you're in 💕

I have no doubt she appreciates everyone’s kind words and I echo the same. But I also understand her frustration. Telling her to ignore them doesn’t solve it. The whole agenda needs quashing. A size 12 uk adult is not fat. She has just had a baby and her body has gone through a lot for that little bundle. I am hoping you do find the light overpowers the darkness in these comments and people can appreciate and enjoy your content without trying to shame you or belittle you. I am a supporter of you and your journeys. Whether that be weight loss or positivity or anything. Your content kept me going through the darkest times of my life and I am sure others. Hello Sophie, I've been your admirer since 2017. You're my favorite ASMR artist; I don't even watch content from other ASMR artists because I feel amazing and rest very well with yours. I understand the feelings you're going through, and I know how challenging it is. I want to tell you that the only path left is to accept that, no matter how much we try with food restrictions, excessive exercise, and other aspects of the diet, if we don't lose weight, it's probably because our body is like that. It's painful to accept, it's a mourning process we go through. You eat well, exercise, and have healthy habits, so your weight doesn't define who you are. No one can say you're unhealthy because of your weight. It's time to be free in the body you have today. Otherwise, the years will keep passing, and you'll realize you focused on changing an aspect of yourself that doesn't need to be changed. I love you so much! I hope you can look into information about the HAES method, fatphobia, and healthism. We deserve to live our lives today, not just until the day we lose weight.
