Hey Mom, I wanted to tell you something, and i really really hope that you will see it so i came extra early to tell you this. Ive been following you since about 2017, and compared to others it may not have been a long time, but you sure made a huge positive impact on my life in this comparedly short amount of time. I struggled alot with my mental health back in those days, and still do, but your videos always brightened up my day and made me feel loved. You gave me a sort of love that my real parents never really gave me, so it was really important for me, and kept me going. I can assure you that you are one of the reasons that kept me alive through these hard times. I rarely made any comments, because i was afraid no one will care about them, but honestly this time it was just too important to tell you this. I remembered when i commented a few years ago how my cat was given away and you answered, and it was one of the coolest things that happened to me in a long time. I was so happy. I didnt even think anyone would have read it. I wish you all the best with everything, your channel, your life, your family etc. because you truly deserve it. I am so proud! For the past two years I've been dealing with severe pain in my body, and doctors haven't been able to tell me why. Family and friends claim it sounds like Fibromyalgia, but so far I haven't found a doctor willing to run more tests because in their opinion "There's nothing wrong with me." Not knowing why I'm in pain or how to stop it makes my anxiety skyrocket, and your videos always pull me through it. Thank you so much, for making videos like this for us. ❤️

my friend’s mother passed yesterday. we are still kids, so it’s rare these things happen. so it’s a first for me and she was very very special to our ballet studio. she did all of our costumes out of her time just volunteering. she had a brain tumor, and had surgery. she was healing and doing good, then when i went into ballet on zoom on friday, our teacher told us she passed. we all just sat there and cried. i can’t even believe it’s true. thank you karuna, i have lots of pain right now. 💕

I’m so glad our mother made this recently, even though I’m a few hours late. My heads been hurting and I was thinking on cutting but when I listens to Karunas ASMR I feel so calmed and my anxiety goes down and I end up falling asleep. I have immunal problems and chronic pain that is downright EVIL, I’m currently in the middle of an episode where my nerves interpret muscle movement incorrectly and cause me pain when I am just laying or sitting down, this came right after a nasty week and a half of having the flu, and this video is a godsend. You always seem to know exactly what videos I personally need as well as what videos we need as a family. Dear Mom, I'm so glad you made this because lifes super hard right now and you don't even want to know the things people have said to me. My brother physically and mentally hurts me and calls me a freak,idiot,retard,mistake, ECT because I like girls (I'm a pansexual female). My dad is always drinking and smoking cigarettes and other things. My mom says im a accident and that I'm worthless. My 18 year old brother is always getting high and I always have to tell him to go to bed or drink some water because I don't want him in trouble by getting into fights while he's high. My 15 year old brother gets hickeys from his gf and my dad's super mad about it. He also hates my dad because they get into fights (punching and stuff). My dad broke my 18 yr old brothers nose once. My family doesn't know the pain I'm going through. I just hide it with a fake smile and laugh but I'm really crying inside. My dad says he doesn't want me to have a childhood like him but he's to late. I already have it. I remember when I was five and he gave me one more cookie than my brothers but now he sits I'm the garage and smokes and drinks. I don't know what to do anymore except breakdown and cry at night where no one can see me. I hurt so much. I have bruises from my brother beating and kicking me. He calls me names like "Hippo, Whale,Fat rat,ECT. I just smile and laugh because I don't want to break down right there. Their lucky they still have me in there life's. I really need you in my life, Mom. Your the only good person I have left.

This video is abolutely perfect. I spent 4 hours in the hospital today had to do a urine sampland and get an ultrasound in 3 different places bc something is wrong with my stomach. I got into a really bad argument with my boyfriend today.. it finally just calmed down and I’ve been crying for hours, so thank you mom.. this really helps

I love how we are always asked consent. It may be a small little thing but it really makes me calm somehow. I know that I am safe and secure while watching this video. It's like everything that happened today, what happened last week, whatever nags and bothers me and gives me panic attacks, melts away. I swear to god it'd magic. What I also love about this is that it makes me sooo tired and relaxed, the tingles lull me to sleep, and I crash at around 10-12 at night. Without watching your videos, I either stay up all night, or get few hours of sleep. This naturally affects my performance at school, which is another thing that I struggle greatly with. For example, I got 2 hours sleep last night. I'm pretty sure I have insomnia, but I don't know for sure as I haven't been tested, and I don't want to self-diagnose, because I see that all the time. The point is, I hardly sleep, I hardly do anything at school, and I'm worried about my future. These videos really help me to get through what I need to get through, and set my sleep schedule back in order. Sarah is honestly amazing. I mean, I get tingles from other ASMRtists, but none make me feel safe. Sarah is like a second mum, almost? She has a positive energy, and is caring. SHE inspires me to be kinder to others and to be considerate.

Karuna... I’m just a subscriber like everybody else, but I love you so much. Things may be hard right now but they WILL get better. For you, for me and for everybody. Please don’t give up. This is true. I used ASMR when I was in the hospital recovering from being on life support in the ICU. I had surgery gone bad and I had a very difficult recovery. ASMR calmed me mentally and physically and made it so I could drift in and out of sleep while recovering without having panic attacks. ASMR is healing people all over the world as we speak. It is powerful and thank god for it.
