Tonight’s video is a “hand movements” video, using something known as “Karuna” Reiki. The other special hand movements and sounds, Karuna Reiki heals certain addictions, intent of compassion. I will be focusing on your third eye chakra and crown tonight.. so much of the healing will take place from your belly button up. I encourage you to pause when mentioned in the video to get yourself comfortable before I begin. I start off by doing a simple energy manipulation with hand movements, and build up each chakra with sounds using different triggers such as water and light.
